Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, this will be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged accordingly.
